Dronifyy aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you would like to return an item purchased on Dronifyy.com, please email contact@dronifyy.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide instructions on how to return items from our online store.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns if the product appears used, damaged or any components are missing. Please take reasonable care of purchases prior to the return shipment.
Refunds & Replacements
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of items, Dronifyy will process your refund or replacement within 2-3 business days. We will refund the entire purchase amount, not including the initial shipping fees.
If the return is due to an error on our part like shipping a wrong or defective item, please notify us and we will arrange a pre-paid return label. In such cases, Dronifyy will refund both the item cost and any shipping fees incurred.
Sale items may be refunded for the sale price, not the original listing price. Promotional discounts and credits also cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product rather than refund, please let us know by email. We will typically provide an exchange label to send back the original item. You will need to place a new order for the replacement product you prefer.
